Cancellation Policy
No Show Policy Any client that does NOT show for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full before being rescheduled. Cancellations Minimum 24 hours’ notice of cancellation required in order to RESCHEDULE appointment without losing deposit. Notification for instance, in person, via email, phone, mobile phone ‘text message’ or any other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We reserve the right to forfeit $50 charge to cover any subsequent administrative costs prior to the booking. Therefore, ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
