Glamour Bay Academy Policies At Glamour Bay Academy, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience for all students. Please review our policies carefully before enrolling. 📌 Enrollment & Payment A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the course start date. We offer payment plans to make our training more accessible. 📌 Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 14 days before the course start date may be rescheduled to a future session (subject to availability). Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. 📌 Course Attendance & Certification Students must attend all scheduled training sessions to receive their Certificate of Completion. Late arrivals of more than 30 minutes may result in session cancellation without a refund. 📌 Hands-On Training & Models Students are required to bring 2 live models for hands-on practice. If you are unable to arrange models, please notify us in advance. All models must meet the health and safety criteria set by the instructor. 📌 Hygiene & Safety Standards We follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe learning environment. Students must adhere to all health and safety guidelines during training. 📌 Post-Course Support Graduates receive lifetime mentorship and support, including guidance on business setup, troubleshooting, and client retention strategies.
